Submission
Anyone may submit papers regardless of whether they also enter a voting system. Anyone may submit formal papers, which will be treated as conference submissions and included in the on-line proceedings. Alternatively, you may submit informal papers which will not be part of the on-line proceedings and which will carry no restrictions concerning submission to other conferences. We expect there will be significant media coverage.
